I didn’t want to file a claim! I actually had a good experience with my dealer and didn’t want to cause problems for them. After talking with Chad and Associates I realized it was the manufacturer and not the dealer. Chad was very helpful and made sure I submitted everything needed. When I had questions I could call Chad and he was always quick to respond. Several months ahead of schedule I was offered a settlement. It was a great outcome - better than expected!
