Mr Kiner really represent my daughter well he Was able to get everything she deserved with her case He has a strong bulldog attitude loved it. And just a little more to add is he’s one of the best dressed lawyer I’ve seen.

I could honestly write a novel about how much I appreciate Kiner and his staff as a whole. I got nothing but honesty respect and straight forward answers. Things were always handled with the upmost care and urgently. We have been fighting for custody for 5 years. We booked Kiner the end of 2022 after a long trial back and fourth we were rewarded with primary custody and everything else we pretty much requested. Kiner was very helpful in not just our case but guiding us on what we needed to do as well as helping with literature in parenting/high conflict cases. Kiner himself is a family man and takes concerns to heart. 10/10 Rachel our paralegal was also extremely helpful and would answer all our question and submitting our paperwork to the courts fast and effectively. Darlene we love as well. Once again nothing but positive feedback, regardless of what outcome was going to be I would recommend over and over again.

Russ is amazing and so is his staff! A real Bull Dog attorney when you need one. Highly suggest to anyone in the high desert who needs a proper attorney! He has helped my girlfriend so much. Worst experience ever

I am the stepmother of the child Mr. Kiner went to court for. At the time, my son was in desperate need of help. Mr. Kiner, by the grace of God, was assigned to my husband, by Judge Cabrera. From what we gathered, Judge Cabrera was a tough, but fair Judge, not to be messed with. Mr. Kiner was assigned to my husband on a contempt case, that later went on to a custody trial. If you have any experience with custody cases, it is not frequent that father's get sole custody of their child. Every step of the way, Mr. Kiner got us exactly what was best for my son. I couldn't be happier with how things went. Oh! Mr. Kiner also got the contempt charges dropped! If you have any doubt on who you should retain for your attorney, look no further. My divorce is finally over and signed off so I have been waiting to post this review to give a clear image of it. I would have to say that the best thing this office has done was to hire Rachel and her take over my case. She has been on top of everything, explained everything thoroughly to me when asked questions, and quick to respond. Attorney Russ was a pleasure to work with as well. He will fight for you if needed. Luckily, we were able to come to an agreement and avoid the final court dates that were scheduled, but I have no doubt that if that wasn't the case, he would have gone above and beyond to ensure I was protected. Thank you Russ, and Rachel. I appreciate all of your help and guidance a long the way these past almost 2 years.

So hard to get a hold of and my devorce took almost 3 year because of communication was lacking on there side as well as many errors in paper work!

Russell hit my car Friday morning last week gave me his business card and told me to call, every time I try calling no one answers, I even tried going to his office that's listed on here and the business says it's for sale. I wouldn't trust this man to be my attorney.

Most companies were charge you and Nicolen Dime you for a phone call in piece of paper I’d have to say the bulldog is the best in the San Bernardino County who truly cares about your case. His team of staff and paralegals are absolutely amazing with their phone calls and actually having a hard to help you out with things. I’ve had all my phone calls and emails answered frequently and then given some of the best advice I have in my entire life thank you so much Russ and Rachael. There’s not much you can do about two parents that refuse to coparent you protect my children and Did everything you can to help them with the best life possible thank you.

Mr.Kiner is the GURU of the court house he set the tone when he walks in the room. Best lawyer in the high desert. I can't put into work how awesome he is it as if he is a walking law library he know what he is doing and knows how to get what he wants.

I will not write a long story on my case with the guy ( he just don deserved to be called attorney), he is a useless not professional and disrespectful, no care for his clients , from the moment you walk in to his office he look at as a $$$ sign ......PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY !!!!

Warning if I can give them zero Stars I would. The worst attorney's office I've ever seen took 2 years to get my retainer fee back never answer your calls never call back , it was a headache through the whole process don't waste your time you will regret it.
