I had a wonderful experience with King Law Firm and I want to give special thanks to Miss Julie at the front desk. From my very first call, she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Miss Julie went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I was connected with the right person. Her kindness and efficiency made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I contacted King Law Firm in Ocala last Friday to retain them for my accident case after explaining that my situation had evolved beyond a standard personal injury claim and I was no longer comfortable with the original firm I had contracted. They initially seemed willing to take my case and even advised me to terminate my current representation before signing with them — which I did in good faith. After that, communication fell apart. It took them all day Monday to send a contract, which turned out to limit representation only to “personal injury” despite my clear explanation in Friday that the case involves more. I raised that concern immediately, but for the next two days I was repeatedly put off and told “we’ll get back to you” while they ignored a simple, critical question that determined whether I’d even have legal coverage. I have been left without representation due to their lack of responsiveness and organization. If this is how they handle clients before a case even starts, I can’t imagine how they’d handle something complex. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone who values communication, follow-through, or professionalism.

Was looking up lawyers and I clicked on their website and then I was asking questions and I was speaking virtually to an Amy on the app and they even have great knowledge when you ask them questions so I’m sure when you go into their office they’re probably really excellent so now I’m just waiting for them to reach me back through email or phone. I will come back on here and review their services with my out come .

I am an attorney and when I was involved in an auto accident myself I needed to hire an expert to help with my claim. Jarrod did an excellent job against some very uncooperative insurance companies. There are always different ways to handle a case and Jarrod seems to know the best way. I am very happy with his results.

I have known the King family since high school and they are not only fantastic folks but incredible attorneys. My husband was in a traffic crash and if it were not for the hard work of Jarrod and his staff, we would not have been able to cover medical expenses. I'm not sure who the negative reviewer is talking about but I think he/she might have their law firms mixed up.
