davd is horrible at getting back to you, he doesn’t respond to email or take or return calls, he doesn’t seem to know where the case is at when I’m in for appointments. I take off work to hear the same thing every time. i also get a new staff member all the time, rotating through employees since his assistant left

My daughter was in a motorcycle accident with life threatening injuries and had to be moved around to different care hospitals as she slowly progressed. Before my daughter woke from her medical induced coma I began to look for an attorney for her case. Megan, legal assistant was very rude, disrespectful and no communication. I had to email several times to communicate, she would email back stating she only works 8 hours a day and to send my records. I sent them 3 times to her. The last time I emailed her my up coming appointments and she emailed back stating that I will get a letter in the mail stating why they are not going to take my case…it’s too bad I had to give a whole star.
