I sustained an injury to my right shoulder at work. A workman’s compensation case was opened and I had surgery on my shoulder. My husband was injured on the job 5 years ago due to the negligence of the company that he worked for. His injury put him at 75% disability (possibly more) for life. The employer's worker's compensation insurance company's IME first agreed that my husband needed a surgery due to the injury he sustained on the job. He was able to have the surgery he needed. Unfortunately, my husband needed additional surgeries because of his injury. When the insurance company found out my husband needed an additional surgery, they immediately withdrew their agreement and shut down the process of my husband's next surgery. Their IME reported my husband didn't need additional surgeries due to being injured. We had to start all over again through the government medical assistance program and the process was delayed for YEARS. I cannot express enough that the experience I had with Atty Luke Kingree was absolutely amazing. I hurt myself at work initially in 2021 needing a knee replacement. Workmans comp was denied after an IME. Scared and not knowing what/ where/ who, Atty Luke Kingree's name was brought up.
