Charge ridiculous fees! Avoid this firm!!!

1 star is to much for the lazy representation I received by hiring this firm. The new name 3 F's!!!! First they didn't familiarize themselves with the case file. 1st court appearance my attorney Tim 2 days B4 court told me was going out of town to see a friend. So he assured me his replacement was just as capable. I explained to both Tim & Chris how my case was very messy. They proceeded to NOT fight for my childs best interest. Very disappointed in them as whole. Their billing is a nightmare of its own. Like I said 1 star is too much!!!

$20,000.00 to look out for the interest of the other party. When a paralegal could have defended your client. Neglected to respond to affidavits for attorney fees then charging your client hundreds of dollars to establish a payment plan for an order that should NOT exist. Do not use these crooks. They are not good people or attorneys!

My 89-year old mother needed some help with her will and estate. She saw an ad for Mr. Kingsford and made an appointment. We met with Mr. Kingsford and he patiently explained how wills and trusts work in Colorado. She had a trust made 8 years ago in a different state and was thinking she needed to update it. He was careful to make sure that what my mother said she wanted was indeed what SHE wanted and not what someone else was telling her to do. I appreciated that as I've seen the elderly bullied and taken advantage of. We met for about 30 minutes; he reviewed the current trust and told her she didn't need anything from him. He was very honest and helpful and I will go to him in the future for any needs I have.

Fantastic guy. Well experienced honest and reasonable. Highly respected and recommend. Genuinely cares about what is right and fixing problems not winning arguments.

The consultation was a joke…I didn’t get even 10 minutes in an knew this place wasn’t for me….

For my point of view I think he only takes easy cases. 165 dollars consultation is a rip-off.

They served me paperwork with my named spelled wrong and that wasn’t completely filled out and signed (I.e, not legally binding). 😂😂 Lol to the person that paid them to draft the documents and serve me. 😂😂😂

Terrible customer service. Never returned calls or messages. Receptionist very rude over the phone. Always too busy or not in office. Only wanted to be paid and no updates on case. Only thing good at was charging.
