I had a great experience working with Patrick. He was very detailed, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable about personal injury law. He never pressured me to settle and made sure I understood all my options before making any decisions. His professionalism and dedication really stood out. He and Lisa both were terrific communicators and made a very stressful process easy. Would HIGHLY recommend Patrick.

My experience with Kinnard Law, and specifically with Patrick Thurman, was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I felt consistently pressured into accepting a settlement that was far below the fair value of my case, and despite voicing my concerns, I was left feeling unheard and dismissed. I requested help from Mr. Kinnard himself with little to no aid- and ultimately dismissing me and blaming their irresponsible and irrational behavior on myself. Communication was minimal, transparency was lacking, and I often felt misled about the direction and handling of my claim. What should have been a supportive legal process turned into a situation where I felt coerced, rushed, and ultimately let down by the very people who were supposed to advocate for me. I have an everlasting trauma from my accident; and, was forced to take a settlement due to their lack of preparation for future litigation. The settlement was 75% less than the proposed and RECORDED “promise” they pushed for in a demand (which took 2 years to send to the opposing defense). My case took a little over 3 years when we didn’t even go to trial or court proceedings. I was pushed off into a corner out of sheer hatred and ignorance from Patrick and Holly. In addition, I found their behavior to be unnecessarily invasive and unprofessional at times, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I expected integrity and client-centered representation, but that is not what I received. They were blatantly discriminatory with language and I will be filing a grievance due to the emotional trauma they caused me. I would caution anyone considering this firm to carefully review their case handling practices and make sure they are comfortable with how decisions are made before signing anything.

Mr. Thurman was extremely helpful as we navigated my lawsuit together. He provided prompt responses and was very cordial during my time as a client at this firm. Very thankful I had him on my side during negotiations.

My experience was not good. If you call them for a medical negligence experience be sure the first thing you tell them is that the person you are calling about, in this case my mother, is not about to die, because they will not even talk to you. My mother is currently dealing with stage 4 cancer, however she is absolutely kicking it's butt. I never called them about her cancer diagnosis. I called them about a wound she had sustained from some incompetent doctors. My mom is blazing through the cancer treatments, it's the wound that we called them about causing hurdles. Had these Drs been 1/2 way competent my mom's cancer would have undoubtedly been discovered at stage 1 or 2. These idiots willy-nilly cut into a cancer tumor in her anal area with no questions asked calling it a "cyst". She had an abnormal papsmear result just 6 months prior and she is 78 years old. No biopsy on the "cyst", no questions asked, didn't even pick up her medical file to see an abnormal papsmear just a few short months prior. The wound that was created because of that is my mom's issue, not the cancer. She now has to see a specialist for the exposed bone in this wound and is constantly having to stay on top of infection with it. Her cancer diagnosis came a short time after they cut into her "cyst" (which was actually a tumor) and putting aside the wound they created, she is doing remarkably well with her cancer treatment. Kinnard Law would not even talk to my mom, and I never once spoke to an attorney. The reason? "The prognosis of this kind of cancer is not good". Well, Kinnard Law, my mom has just about completed the cancer treatment and you may be happy to know, but I highly doubt a second thought will be given, that the prognosis is actually looking great. I suggest too that if you as attorneys are not speaking to people and you are choosing instead to have these calls screened, hire people that can follow along in the conversation intelligently. The person that I spoke to struggled greatly with this. If you choose to call these attorneys for a medical injury just be sure to preface the conversation with, "hey, I'm not about to die, I'm good there". You may actually make it to an attorney.

I was recommended Patrick Thurman for a personal injury claim and I am so pleased. Patrick and Lisa were so kind, helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Patrick informed me on my options and helped me receive an appropriate sum for my injuries. It is apparent that they truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to support them in every aspect of the process. I highly recommend Kinnard Law, especially Patrick Thurman and Lisa, the paralegal.

Despite their "free consultation" option I never spoke with an attorney. I was able to give a brief overview of the issue, but never got to provide photos or medical records pertaining to the case. Regardless, after the initial talk with intake person (not a lawyer) I received a call saying they won't take the case, I asked why and she said they don't take medical malpractice cases.

This firm has been so caring and did everything they promised! My case took a little time but that is the way it is when you are dealing with so many schedules. Randy , Mary and everyone lasso prompt and professional! They help give a good future for my grandson. The passion I experienced with this firm has no words. Losing my daughter is so painful and they respect that! I would not even hesitate to use Mr Kinnards firm again. Hopefully I will not need too.

I highly recommend Kinnard Law firm. Tyna Hounshell (paralegal ), and the attorneys :Jennifer Eberle, Mark Beveridge and Randall Kinnard….i had the privilege to have in my corner. I appreciate all of them so much. They are an exceptional team who went above and beyond in my case. This is the best law firm I’ve ever experienced. They were so thorough and resourceful and they effectively communicated with me. I even felt emotionally supported ( tho I know that’s not their job probably , but it didn’t go unnoticed. ). I do HIGHLY recommend this team.

Randy, Patrick, & Lisa provided above exceptional service. My case was unique in the sense it involved insurance policy's, both from out of state. Additionally, various complications arose. Enduring a TBI in my young twenties, this was my first lawsuit. Throughout the entirety of this process, Kinnard Law displayed notable expertise, not only from a legal standpoint, but also medically/ the impacts of my injury, and personally. Throughout all of my questions, they took the time to explain everything to me, so I understood and could be autonomous in making the decisions. I hope don't find yourself in a situation where you a PIP attorney, but as life happens, if you do, I completely recommend Kinnard Law.

Randy Kinnard stands alone in a class by himself. Jennifer Eberle is a fitting partner for him.... extremely intelligent and personable. This is a team that could change your life when things seem stacked against you. I personally thank Randy for being such a great attorney, but more than that.... I will always be grateful that I can call him my friend. And as a wise man once told me, "Don't take a knife to a gunfight."

I can't imagine working with anyone else after our families time with Kinnard. From the first introduction through the settlement almost a year later they were professional, available, strong advocates, patient in explaining the status, and advisors on all of the complexity we dealth with. They were recommended to us from a friend, and I know exactly why... their compassion, talent, and personal connection with their clients is unique. I hope I never have people in my life that deal with injuries, but if they do we will recommend this firm without hesitation.

Tyna, Mark and Mary Ellen were a god send to us. We could not have hoped for a better result. Ms. Tyna M. Ray’s sincerity and constant communication throughout the whole process made all the difference. The powerhouse Legal Team of Mr. Mark S. Beveridge and Ms. Mary Elllen Morris are a force to be reckoned with. They will relentlessly pursue the outcome you could only hope for. The professionalism here is beyond reproach and we are so thankful that we chose this Team to represent us. This Law Firm will get the job done and always ensure you are informed about your case. We would rate 6 Stars if we could. Highly recommended! Look nowhere else. Jason and Tina M.
