Terrible communication on an eviction case. Do not recommend.

Kinney is worthless when it comes to defence. He will reschedule multiple times in hopes that they offer a deal just to get it done and never hear him again, that's what multiple people are saying here and on forums. You are gonna have a better chance if you defend yourself, because at this point he doesn't have a good reputation in any court he's been to. I got a letter from the court that my attorney didn't show up on the agreed-upon date. Several weeks later, he notified me that I have to plead guilty, pay the ticket, and his commission. I have a feeling he never did anything to help my case.

Brandon is the worst! He rescheduled my court date 4 times!! Never had an update on my case. Never answered my calls, emails, msg... A couple days before the court date he filled MOTION TO WITHDRAW himself without noticing me!!!! Wasted my money and 6 months! Now I have an arrest warrant, a bond to pay and a new attorney to pay! Way to go Brandon Kinney!! When you have to pay at the beginning he will be very receptive then after that goodbye!!!!! Unprofessional!!!!!
