KVP represented a HOA that was not even registered with the state of Florida. They did zero due diligence and illegally forced me to engage in mediation with an entity that was not legitimate. I have all the documents detailing the events. Needless to say it was a serious waste of everyone’s time but they got their money. Stay far away from these clowns.

I wanted to share what a great experience it was to work with both Attorney James "Jim" Pickens and his very capable Real Estate Paralegal & Assistant, Joanne Marchese, at KVP LAW PL... I was asked to consider a partition suit for a client of their firm and I was very impressed with the professionalism that Mr. Pickens and his staff exhibited throughout the entire 16 month process, with court hearings and what not, that I was involved with whilst working towards selling the subject and settling the matter... These folks truly care about their client and will certainly watch over them, in every aspect of their process to attain their goals... Being involved for over 38 years in real estate transactions throughout my work careers, I would happily recommend these folks to anyone looking to resolve any of their legal matters and/or utilize their general real estate services as a closing agent. Great device. Joanne Marchese was amazing to work with. Extraordinarily patient. Proactive. My loan officer refused to work with anyone directly. Joanne worked through this roadblock with grace. She overcame massive roadblocks put there by people who just weren’t doing their jobs. I plan to use her firm again in the future.

Drew has handled all of my construction law needs as a general contractor for over a decade. Always available, giving great advise, and resolving any issues that come up in this industry. We were lied to at closing. We were lied to by our attorney and the Closing agent that works at the office in the same building. We were promised a parcel release and was told it will be given to us in a couple of days and was already agreed upon. At no point did they say there would be stipulations in the agreement just that it was agreed that we would receive the parcel release agreement within a few days after signing the title. The papers were pushed across the table to us and we were advised to sign by our attorney and the closing agent. I want to be very clear the closing agent said that she was there when they agreed to give us the parcel release. She and oue attorney reassured us of this. Even though another attorney that does not litigate ...advised us to get the parcel release and not to sign unless we do. We explain that to our attorney at the closing table and they still pushed it across for us to sign saying that we already had an agreement and we would have it in hand in a few days. We explained to our attorney that another attorney that they know very well advised us not to sign unless we had the parcel release . That same attorney also told me that James was a great attorney and we could trust him. So we did and here we are. It has now put me and my family in a financial situation that is terrible . Not to mention the strain it has put on us mentally. We are at risk losing our dreams because we were left uninformed misinformed and directly lied to. I would never trust this Firm or the Closing Title Company that works with this firm in the same building . Do not believe a word they say at closing unless you have it in writing. I cannot say it enough do not trust this Firm .
