This man is a thief, Worst lawyer in Michigan. He’s not trial ready he’s ganna convince you to plea even if your innocent , he works with the courts and prosecution. He never had a paper contract agreeing on terms, so then later on he takes advantage of peoples ignorance and sues them in court for 10,000$ when he only charges 2000$ For everything including trial. me Kirchhoff is by far the worst attorney in Michigan with no integrity. Don’t waste your money and if he’s appointed to you from the court get a new lawyer ASAP
