Kirkendall Dwyer LLP - Dallas

I hired you several months ago and haven’t heard from anybody yet either from my caseworker or the firm. I’ve left messages and no response. Please advise if I need to hire another attorney or do this on my own!

A lousy, inept, circus is all this firm has to offer, sadly. No help... no communication... broken promises... hence, run for Your life!!!

Other reviews are correct in saying this firm fails to respond in any manner, and correct in saying that this firm leaves customers no other option except to do the employees jobs for them. If able, choose another firm - months go by without contact from them, even if you call or email with a message.

Allow me to advise ANYONE! Do not utilize this firm. I was seeking my disability benefits, hired them. At first they were so kind and concerning regarding my case. Months went by and months. I began doing my very own homework by speaking directly with SSA, thereafter, I retrieve all of what was needed for my case. I felt , allow to contact my lawyer again, no follow up, sent emails and voice mail messages. Bottom line , I won my case without them. I did all the work by sending all of me medical records to SSA, going to all my doctors appointments and recommendations SSA advised me on. Save your money, I should have been smart from the beginning. This was Monday morning quarter backing. I own my case. Sadly, they will get 25% for zero work done for me. Now my case has been resolved. I can now alert anyone out here , do your homework and save your money. Best regards, Concern citizen

Can’t get a call or email back from anyone I’m about to hire a new lawyer

Always have good response time and the wait time was minimal.

I'm finally in the home stretch of my Social Security Disability claim. It has been quite trying and sometimes depressing past couple of years. If it weren't for Kirkindall Dwyer, I definitely would have given up on my claim a long time ago!

I have a social security case and the communication is bad

No communication skills, they do not answer emails and you never know who is working on your case never the same person. I'm homeless now lost my house this past December. 16 months wasted. So I fired them yesterday!!! I have another attorney, on a referra, she's always there when I need her for just a question. and gets the job done!

My brother has been waiting for his disability. He had to do all the work himself and requested to cancel Kirkendall’s services. Social Security still has not received a withdrawal letter from the firm. Which is not a good look for this firm!

I have a friend I have known for 40 years. He lost an eye in high school. Get to that shortly. He grew up poor, and for his entire adult life has lived homeless. He is still homeless. He goes days without eating or having anything to drink. He has no transportation. No means to medical care. No clothing. No means to shower. I could go on. This lawfirm ONLY entered his SSI disability application for the loss of one eye, and 5 hernia surgeries. These surgeries have left him with abdominal pain wjen he stretches or moved in a way that’s painful. He has OTHER IMPAIRMENTS which were not included and should have been for an “overall” decision of his impairments. Fatigue from inadequate sleep, insect bites driving him mad, hunger, how so you sleep! YOU DID NOT file a DIRE NEED REQUEST for homelessness! You didn’t focus on the severity of his homelessness, lack of transportation, clothing, medical care. He was DENIED! He is over 55 years old! Has never had a craft, or field of expertise. He is rejected by society because of the condition he is in….his looks. YOU STILL GET PAID! Shame on you! Learn to fight for your clients that YOU are getting rich(er) off of! And, you sent a letter saying you have tried to contact him at a phone number. That is untrue. If you are homeless…DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWFIRM! They all most likely have a really nice home you’re helping to pay for! Let them find another way to pay for their cozy bed.

Everyone was polite. I unfortunately did not receive a favorable outcome from SSA. I have the chance to appeal. I will have to do on my own. I was informed that the firm will not take anyone under 52 years of age for at least disability cases. Thank everyone so much for what we did get accomplished

STAY AWAY AND DO NOT USE……took over 3 years to even get so called help from them. They pass clients from person to person, fail to gather all information (basically you have to do the work yourself for them), they’re rude and don’t want to listen to you explain but demand that you listen to them while they talk, they have kids screaming and yelling in the background while on the phone and mislead in communication and representation (attorney doesn’t contact client in adequate time before trial) STAY AWAY and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH KIRKENDALL DWYER
