Helped, or hindered my friend file for SSI disability. Took 16 months, gave us inaccurate information concerning final interview with SSI, told us was phone call, but when we called SSI were informed was an in in person interview, if we had not called we would still be waiting for a phone call. Now that she received benefits, with 16 months of backpay totaling $10,300.00, they are taking $7,200.00, leaving my friend with $3,100.00 for 16 months. In my opinion that is usery. Recommend anybody filing for SSI disability apply on your own, and if you hire an attorney, do not hire Kirkendall Dwyer. They are just taking advantage of disabled people.

I hired this law firm a year ago. Only heard from them may 2 or 3 times. It's going on 2 years now. I tried to call but no answer and the other number is no longer on service

I hired this law firm for my disability case. I can never get in touch with them. I have an injury right now that I can’t work. I’m on Workmen’s Comp. I really need assistance. I am homeless. I was living in a U-Haul cargo van. I still could not reach these people for nothing. The last time I attempted to contact was earlier today and still couldn’t get anyone.. How can you fire someone you never see you never hear from they need to hear the words you’re fired FIRED. Oh, by the way, this is a formal notification that I am no longer in need of your services. This is an attempt to quit any business arrangements that I have with you now in the future, whichever the case may be, you have been officially placed on notice. And your last day was yesterday..

I had the displeasure of hiring this Law Firm to handle my disability case after the first denial and the female lawyer they sent was always unprepared, never had any of my medical documents except for the ones I provided and always asked for extensions because she was not prepared. Disability was denied during COVID has since hired another lawyer to help me.

I’m having a very hard time getting someone to return calls or emails. They started out ok, but I’ve been trying for a few months now thru calls and e-mails and have had no luck at all. I’m not sure what is going on. I left yet another message today I am about to fire them as soon as I learn how to do so , if no one calls me back or emails me back. So unprofessional!

They are NOT answering the phone, and I have tried calling for weeks now and don't know what to do. Can you fire your attorney for negligence??

Almost impossible to get someone on the phone. When you do get someone it is a case manager that only reviews what the have on the computer. Can't answer relevant questions. Doesn't return calls or stay in touch with updates as promised.
