I have been a client since 2009 and up until 2 years ago I could always get someone to answer the phone or a callback. Now for the last 2 years NO one answers the phone only a message option. NO ONE returns the calls. My case was in appeal and I would live to know if the firm won the case of what has happened to the case. Maybe they just took the money and said to the clients. Too bad so sad. This was a class action case. I NEED A CALL BACK
