Jim and his team worked tirelessly for me at first. EDIT...Then once we hit nearly 3 years and the contact became spurs and I wasn't getting answers as to simple things like a timeline and what to expect. Once I was pressed for answers Jim fired himself and I finished my case with the source and he still managed to get a piece of my settlement. Also, he had the nerve to get upset with me and question my dad's ability to understand why Jim is scammy. When I originally wrote this he was doing well and was so was his team. I thought that my case was getting close to ending and I was wrong. He ghosted me for a few months and at one point I was looking into hiring another attorney due to Jim's negligence and giving false promises along with hope. Also he belittled me and made me unbelievably uncomfortable. A typical male thinking that women are incapable or deserving of simple answers. So I say look elsewhere when you need an attorney.

Jim Kirshbaum and his staff were great to work with. They helped make a difficult situation easier with great communication by walking and talking me through the entire process. They worked hard to take care of me and get me what I deserved.

Brought my case to this office after a slip and fall incident. After discussing my case with Jim and him saying I had a solid case and would be willing to go the distance and take it to court if necessary. Well after a year and my claim being denied by the insurance company Jim informed me that he wasn’t going to pursue my case any longer. He had zero intention whatsoever on going to court. He’s a slam dunk attorney and will only try to get a settlement out of court. I expressed my displeasure with how I was lied to, and wasted a year of my time. I was told to stop contacting their office from Jennifer Smith. She also accused me of harassing her staff after one text message that I sent to a paralegal to help get the ball moving because I didn’t want to waste anymore time. Stay far away from this place Jim is an untrustworthy, untruthful man!

I think Kirshbaum Injury Law did an excellent job with my auto injury case. They were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process.
