I called Kirsten Daniel and she was so rude to me. I will never recommend her to anyone I know for legal advice.

I can’t even get them to return a call after two weeks of trying. Kirsten requested my very private docs about my son’s death but refuses to call or email back. Very very unprofessional law office.

At one of the most difficult times in my life, Kirsten was there to help me through the process of dealing with a situation that was handed to me. She was always there to answer any questions that I had, and she went above and beyond what was required of an attorney. Through the good times and the bad times, I could count on her to be in my court. I couldn't have gotten through the ups and downs without her!

Kirsten Daniel represented our family in a very difficult, very sensitive matter. I would highly recommend her as an attorney. She was upfront and honest with us about the prospects of the case. Easy to deal with regarding financing and contract/terms of representation. Very knowledgeable about the law and processes. Quick to answer emails and phone calls, and did so completely without making us feel like a bother or silly for not knowing what we didn’t know. She was sensitive to what we needed, and even when we needed it. And she was an absolute bulldog when dealing with the other side. Not in a nasty way, but in a confident and strong manner. When it was time to make tough decisions, she laid out the options, explained them, and gave us room (and time!) to come to our conclusions. I can’t think of a single thing that I was unhappy with about her representation, and there were plenty of good ones.

There are very few attorneys I would co-counsel a case with. Kirsten is one of those few. I can always count on her to be expertly prepared and ready to kick some butt like a very lady like blonde dragon slayer. She truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend KIrsten Daniel for any medical malpractice or personal injury case. She has won numerous million dollar verdicts for her clients and is not afraid to go to trial.
