I have reached out to Dan Kitchen's law firm 4 times in the past month in regards to a case he was my lawyer for in 2012. I just found out from the state of MS that the case is still open after all these years. Dan has not responded to any of my messages and his secretary got upset with me after I, understandably, asked when he will be able to return any of my messages. If you are looking for an attentive and detail oriented law firm, I would look elsewhere.

I called for help with lawsuit , left info with Secretary she said he would call, never did so, then I called back and got the same message again. I asked her about that and she was very rude
