He always responded quickly with everything that was going on, as I live out of state and not able to be present for court dates. Christopher Kittell doesn’t actually work on contingency. He requires a $500 upfront fee just to review your case. This is apparently to “prove” you believe your case is valid enough to fight for, which means if you live below the poverty line and don’t have $500 just laying around, you don’t get the privilege of his elitist services. Apparently people that are already struggling with staying afloat should not have representation because they are poor, especially when having representation would help to bring them out of said situation as they are being wronged, hence why they are seeking counsel. Mr. Kittell doesn’t represent the underserved. Only those who can pay upfront. Only the privileged. Not the underserved.

I was arrested and charged with a “dui other” in April ,right after all those heavy rains we had in 2025 and hwy61 was flooded , and i tried crossing and made it through one but not the other and i ended up flooding my vehicle out and it was totaled also . I am a energetic person in general and probably have adhd and i was soaking wet and my nerves were shot and anyway officers charged me with dui other , i am 50 yrs old and this was my first dui and i also admitted to taking my daily medication ( i should have lied) but they had me so i remembered a guy from my hometown in Clarksdale who went to PDS with me in late 70s -early 80s and i needed someone who knew their way around the Desoto co court systems but also i could trust him cause like i said we went to PDS together only he was one grade ahead of me , so there was some kinship there that made me feel better and Chris got me the BEST deal i could’ve gotten because i knew he was smart and always come across as a guy with integrity, and even though it had been probably 30 yrs since i had seen Chris , but i called and we talked and when i saw him , he was the same guy from 1983 and we both recognized one another and AGAIN , he saved me 2,000 $ in fines and a bunch of other hoops to jump through by getting me something tbey called “ old school “ and i didn’t even get him paid off completely , and still owe him to this day but he still went to bat for me and got me the best case scenario i could’ve asked for , and i just needed someone i could trust and before i bonded out i already knew who i was gonna call , and just because we knew each other had nothing to do with what i got , he will get you the best deal , i just happen to know the caliber person he was before he was an atty and to my satisfaction, HE HAS NOT CHANGED A BIT !! He also text me afterwards ( not about what i owe him ) but just to check on me! So if you get hemmed up down there in Desoto co i recommend my old friend from PDS . Dustin Gordon

He has been ghosting me for the longest time, won't answer emails ,txt or take my calls but took my money. Didn't follow thru with anything he said. He might not of had any experience in a complicated case and was just used to simple law cases like traffic court, wills and ambulance chasing. Kittell let's get this resolved or give me back my money.
