KJ Injury & Accident lawyers & just everyone that worked my case were all very patient and understanding, especially when I wasn't. They worked very hard for me and got me way more money than I expected. From the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you all for all your hard work.

If I could give them no stars I would don’t ever use them , the communication sucks you get the bare minimum of your settlement. They don’t update you on nothing about your case. Everything is horrible. I repeat don’t use them find someone else. Jessica never calls back ever it’s like an act of congress just to get an update, says she’s emailing you paperwork and never does.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got into a horrible accident which not only left me with a totaled car, but I had injuries as well. The other party offered $1,000 but KJ Injury and Accident Lawyers ensured that they would give me way more and help me out with my case. At first everything went smooth and they were saying I would definitely get more than $1,000. April 5th was the date of the accident. Now it's February 13th.. its been 10 months of waiting and complaining as to why this is taking so long when they kept saying it would be this month and then the next. I ended up getting $700 after waiting that long. The other parties insurance was one of the best so you would think I would get more than $1,000 that they offered me. But no, they screwed me and made me waste 10 months. Never go to them, they promise things they can't keep and lie.

Not dependable at all, they will NOT fight for you, they will give you the run around and change your Representative time after time and pretend they are new to the case. Worst experience ever. Please note they WILL make more money on your claim than you will. Use a AI app if possible. Don't take our experience for granted.
