I own a La Quinta in Houston. I hired Kishan for help with my liquidation damage issues with Wyndham. I've had issues in the past with another firm I used for another hotel so I was skeptical in trying another hotel attorney but a friend refered me to Kishane so I tried him out. I was very happy with Kishane's upfrontness. He was very straigh forwards and honest with what he could do and he delivered as promised. I'd recommend Kishane as he is an honest and easy to reach. If he can't do something he will tell you. He charged me a flat fee and even though it took him more hours then we anticipated, he did not come back to charge me any more (like the previous one did). I've worked with too many attorneys in my past and this guy is definetly a honest and trustworthy person to work with.
