We have a foreclosure file with this office referred in Nov of 2024. It's Jun 2025 and the complaint has still not been filed. No one responds to any emails and after voicing my concerns regarding the delay, Yadira Bahena just hangs up! Tell me you understand my concerns! What kind of law firm hangs up on their clients???? Lack of professionalism is appalling.

I’ve had some horrible attorneys in the past and Joe Klien (hired to defend me in a divorce), by far, is much different from the rest of them. He’s one of the few attorneys who has great character and is honest. He’s super smart and gives good advice…whether I wanted to hear it or not he told me the truth and I believe he represented me the absolute best way possible in my divorce, a case I did not want in the first place. I’m glad Joe put up with me and helped me get passed a very difficult time in my life. I would absolutely recommend Joe Klien in a divorce situation. Update: I rehired Me Klein for some post decree issues and I feel comfortable and confident that I’m in good hands!

Absolutely horrible. Our lawyer TANKED our case. She was unprepared. For months she gave me the run around. Nothing but a rip off. The judge called her out for lying in court or "miss quoting the law" & she allowed an order to be entered incorrectly today. Somehow I now am worse off after court today than i was at first. Completely ignored everything I told her for months via phone & email that I wanted. Today we took one small step forward and 3 giant steps back. Our lawyer did not represent us & what we wanted. She failed in her obligations to look out for her clients best interest. Please spend you money anywhere but here.

Stephen Daday is worst lawyer ever. Helped our President to run election against condo il law in willow woods condo association in prospect heights. Our president now stay in the power and harrasses owners. Filed complain against this lawyer with ARDC and there will be more complains filed to get rid of this lawyer.
