These people are horrible to work with, they never answer phone calls and don’t return messages. Got a judgement against someone after they had passed away and forced his son to pay it.

If you're thrown into a unfortunate position (that you're not responsible for) and have to work with them. Brace yourself and be cautious. You will get screwed over nonstop. They will treat your misfortune as wicked entertainment. Nothing is simple or straight forward. You will be lead and fooled by the false sense of empathy. Make 1 mistake and you'll be beaten down financially and your sanity will be tested... Tip for life, if a dealership says gap insurance will cover everything after an accident. It's a lie! Run, do not buy the car or the gap insurance..

Have been trying to call this lady for over a week now everyday we have left messages and not one answer back! The lady at the front desk even said she never answers her cell number! And that’s the number the COURT HOUSE IN HAYS HAS FOR Her!!! Literally designed for their voicemails to answer. For no one to call back!
