The legal assistant called with laughter in her voice to say my case was declined by the Delaware attnorneys because my case wasn't "catastrophic enough"...meaning I wasn't paralyzed or didn't die.

I was contacted by a paralegal from this firm through her personal facebook account. She said she worked for law firm and offered me help. She had read a post I wrote about my son and reached out to me to help me. I sent her info then never heard back from her. I found that she worked for Kline &Spector and I called her. She acted like she didnt know what I was talking about then she looked on her Facebook account and remembered. She told me the firm couldn't help me even though she reached out to me offering me help. I called back to firm and receptionist said " that is just how law offices work". Very very poor that their staff use their personal accounts to lead people on .

I could not have had a better legal team to handle my brother-in-law's specific legal situation....period! I chose Kline & Specter to help me with a whistle blower case involving Medicare fraud in Delaware. David C. Williams, Esq. was assigned to my case, and he and his staff worked very hard and were nothing but professional. This case took several years, which is common with this type of case, but he kept me informed along the way. Very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend!

a law firm in PA took my case and used a law firm in DE. The attorney wanted me to all the work of gathering records to save his costs. He sat on my case then sent me a letter 60 days prior to statue he was no long representing me. I could not obtain another attorney for this type of case in such a short period. I was told to file a complaint against the lawyer, the AG's office felt the lawyer was wrong is the way he handled my case. The State filed charges against the Dr Dwyer’s licenses for my care but I missed my statue of limitations because of this lawyer.

Nothing special about this firm. They are as good as any but how good is that. I think one is better off using a local independent lawyer. If you want to use a big firm I'd recommend Morgan and Morgan over Klein Spector. Lets see how long this review stays up before it gets deleted, like my last one.
