"I researched lawyers in the Silver Spring area, and Mr. Nyombi came up with a 4.3 rating, which led me to schedule an appointment. He answered my call personally, and we set up a meeting. However, when I arrived at his office, he didn’t show up. I called him several times, and when he finally answered, he mentioned he was sleeping and couldn’t make it. He suggested we reschedule. When we finally met in person, his demeanor was extremely unprofessional. He was rude and disrespectful, and he didn’t even give me a chance to explain my situation. It felt like he wasn’t genuinely interested in my case. I’m starting to doubt the legitimacy of his reviews, as they don't reflect my experience. I wouldn’t recommend him at all. Save your time and money and avoid this person.

I contacted the lawyer, Andrew Nyombi through a friend when I was at my lowest. I wasn’t sure what my options were, so he helped me clarify things by recommending to try EB2-NiW given my background. He guided me through the entire process, but keep in mind that you will have your fair share of work to do as well. I would recommend you also go ahead a run some research about the topic before committing to anything because it requires a lot of work from your end too, but it was worth it. It took me a while due to the backlog from the Pandemic, but, it’s all worked out well for me, so I recommend using his service.

My case was one with the largest Transit company in the nation capital DMV, I was wrongfully terminated and had tons of evidence to prove it and that there was a conspiracy between the local union and the Transit agency. This law firm was referred to me by a co-worker at my present job who there now still working on his case. The attorney Andrew Nyombi talked real good and sutle. But once he received the first retainer fee payment, all has changed, I paid him off all his money before the end of my situation, he stopped fieling anything in my case on my behalf once all monies was received, his constant threats of double charging my debit card when I trusted him with my card information, not knowing that he received payments on time, then lied to me that he was continuing on my case never filed a respond so the time will lapse before I can file the proper motion to response, then last he emails me saying I will have to retain the services of another attorney on the last day of me having to file a respond through the courts, you can take your chances with this law firm if you want I don't recommend you do 😲
