Knapp & Roberts - Phoenix

Very rude lady that works here. 2 lanes of traffic in the area and trying to park at the business across the street. Turned in here to make a quick turn around pull across the street. Some bitter lady in the parking lot stood right in front of my car with her arms crossed as if I needed her all mighty permission to turn around in her completely empty parking lot. I’d hate to see how this company does business and how they treat others if they act so above a passerby.

Knapp & Roberts worked with me on a case for several months. They were extremely professional and always got back to me in a timely manner with all my questions. If you want a professional, easy to deal with law firm, I would highly recommend going with Knapp & Roberts.
