Please do not hire Koch and his team. They do not advocate for their clients especially if you are a landlord. He made me pay my tenant $1,000 for them to leave my properties on top of that pay him and his associates and court fees, lost rents....A disaster. This is predatory behavior preying on innocent clients. Learn from my experience.

Charge way too much. I found a different lawyer to handle my case faster and cheaper. This lawyer doesn’t have time. Only wants money and won’t respond. Disputed charges to my bank due to fraud

Very bad experience, he recommended that I sign transfer of ownership "As-Is" when purchasing my house with an agreement that the seller was going to take care of the repairs that the house needed and that were required by the city and that he would put the city code on it At the time of the closing, I say that it was normal in closings, a escrow was done with a certain $$$ everything was going well but then everything turned into a nightmare. The seller's contractor made repairs without permission and damaged some parts that were good, he was only able to recover half of the escrow, he tried to sue the contractor but he couldn't get a FOIA to get the company's information... so far I haven't finished the complaints with the city $30,000 that I spent... I do not recommend this law firm..

The staff was always very helpful, and guided me through the process of selling my home! David, along with the staff, always answered any questions or concerns I had in a timely manner!

They are not very good at real estate deals They have not refunded money I am owed. They did not look out for my interest I had to get with closing company to correct errors in the closing I would not recommend. I would stay away!
