Phil Koenig is a very good Trust Lawyer. I have a complex case, so I talked with a number of Attorneys before selecting Phil. Phil was more knowledgeable than any other Trust lawyer I spoke with. He is responsive, thorough, and easy to communicate with.

He tells you he can do great things for you, but he's very ineffective and just takes your money.

Great firm that helped me with my suit. They were very timely and professional.

We are extremely upset with Mr. Koenig. We started guardianship for our son in August of 2020 and here it is 14 months later and nothing has been done. He keeps giving us one excuse after another. I'm ready to file a complaint

Mr Koenig has charges at ARCD for personally using my money in his lawyer trust account. Even US Bank is complicit in assisting Mr. Koenig with this illegal activity. Koenig took a simple case and expanded to over $100,000 in his legal fees and 10 years of litigation before settlement. Koenig needed the money as soon as possible so he slammed forward a settlement. DANGER!! DANGER!! DANGER! DANGER! DANGER! DANGER! DANGER!

I called many and this lawyer was the only one that called me back.

I would never ever hire a lawyer like Phil Koenig. He makes settlements with his suppliers and then doesn't pay them and then hides behind his jurisdiction. Do you want to work with an attorney that has 0 ethics. The bar should revoke his license! Can't be trusted!
