Hung up on 7 times if I want to wait for someone or...I left a message and it is now 3 days later and NO RESPONSE. I guess they don't want to get paid, so they can charge more money for failure to pay.

I had my doubts seeing all the negative reviews. However Akhil was extremely professional and worked with me to find a solution. My experience was a pleasant one.

Ashish was very courteous and respectful. I appreciated his patients and willingness to work with me on resolution.

Even though we don't want to deal with debt collectors, we're all human at the end of the day. Himanshu was very kind. Made you feel like an actual person, not some bad guy who's fallen on tough times. I appreciate that. He is the only reason I'm making this review. Thank you again sir.

Paid my settlement in full, THEY STILL WONT REPORT IT as satisfied. This company is one of the worst to ever work with and very unhelpful. They almost feel like soulless humans who feed on the weak.

Got a letter from them to pay a debt that doesn't exist. Verified by the bank they claimed to represent.

They are rude for no reason. I got the impression that some young arrogant lawyer guy waa upset i made him work on a Friday. I only needed my file number but i was treated to a huge helping of attitude and rudeness. I feel bad for anyone that needs these to represent them.

Khussvoo was extremely pushy and rude when I told her I had already paid the creditor directly. She demanded i pay the office directly or face going to court. She also told me I pretty much needed to write a good review on her customer service. Well, I did just to get her off the phone, but now I am rewriting my true feelings on the phone call. She was not a good representative of the law firm.

Had a great discussion with Akhil he helped me very much get through my whole process.
