I spoke with Mr. Kolb today. He was both attentive and knowledgable about concerns I had regarding my medical case. Not only did he spend an hour of his time the day before Thanksgiving to talk through the questions and the many documents I have, he also listened without judgement, calmed my nerves, and he gave me next steps to resolve my case. He offered further support, and asked nothing in return. I felt supported and helped. I hope I never have to call a lawyer, but if I do, he's definitely in my speed dial. It would be nice if these guys would answer my calls....definitely doesn't seem so legitimate if you're not answering your phones during normal business hours.
