We bought a to-be-built estate home from a large national builder just outside the Greenville area.The builder hid a term in our contract that would have resulted in us paying more at settlement. The salesman also intentionally failed to disclose this during the contract signing. We reached out to Mr. Kollias, and he helped us back out of the contract and secured a full refund of our deposit. We find Mr. Kollias to be highly knowledgeable in real estate matters. He is also very patient and kind. I highly recommend him if you need any real estate legal assistance.

Horrible experience here !! We were insulted by Doug Cummings every time we tried to have a conversation either on the phone or through email. Very difficult to work with and we were told that we were pestering him and Doug had more important things to do then talk to us. Do not use this firm for any real estate dealing ..... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Wonderful experience using Basil for our refinance. I had planned to use the lawyer/title company that was suggested by the mortgage company however since the home we were refinancing was inherited, the title company was asking for a ridiculous amount of documentation since a Deed is not automatically issued in DE when you inherit a home. I found Basil based on Google reviews and he did not disappoint. He was great and explained to me that he could handle the process entirely. I forwarded a few documents over regarding the refinance and that was it - My headache and stress were over since he didn't need anything else from me. And, his fees were VERY reasonable!! I would recommend him to anyone and will DEFINITELY be keeping his number saved if/when I need an attorney.

Basil kollias promised to write a 2 day letter to my landlord and send me a copy never did anything he never even returned a copy of my lease to me

I would like to give my sincerest thanks to Doug Cummings. I didnt trust lawyers from bad experiences in the past so didnt expect much to come. To make a long story short, Doug Cummings totally proved to me that sometimes people surprise you. I needed an open mind. This energetic man was totally on top of the case even when i had forgotten about it. He made sure all pertinent details of the case was clear to me and that things were crystal clear.
