My mother passed away im 2022. My sister and older brother were made executors. It was very obvious from the start they were not going to be fiduciaries of the estate. They were not forth coming of any financials or the property values. The more questions we asked the less they answered. By May of 2023 we were told if we called them again they would file harassment charges. My younger brother and I knew it was time to get our own counsel. We looked at google for reviews and Jennifer Zharadniks name came up immediately. We called her office and got an appointment the next day. She listened to all that had gone on and told us we had a case. She attempted to get financials from the estate lawyer and he would not give any information. She decided next step was to have them removed as executors. We filed with the courts to have them removed. Jennifer kept us informed of all the court dates and told us to show up to every one. I live in Kansas and was working full time but took at least 2days off for every date we needed to be in court. Jennifer told us not to react to anything they said in court. And we didn’t but they couldn’t control themselves. They were admonished several times by the judge to behave. Jennifer had all the right questions and all the information to get them to admit what they were doing. Self dealing and stealing from the estate. But it still took the courts 2 years to remove them. Jennifer kept us informed the loop of all the court decisions. But they still appealed the courts decision. So back to court for another year dealing with a court appointed executor. Agin Jennifer went to court with us and defended all the decisions that were made. In February of 2026 we finally got the results we needed. We won the appeal because Jennifer kept fighting for us. She knew all the rules of estates and how an executor is supposed to represent the beneficiaries. They didn’t do anything to represent the estate. Now Jennifer is helping us get the estate back in line with state and federal laws. We have a new executor that Jennifer is working closely with to go through all the financials and figure out what they stole from the estate. It has been a very stressful time and when we thought it would never end Jennifer would reassure us the courts frown on self dealing and theft. And she was right. We recommend Jennifer for any estate or real estate issues. She is very knowledgeable about farm estates, land sales and values. And which appraisers and brokers to use. We ran into some shady ones. Jennifer stayed very positive throughout this whole process and we knew we picked the right person to represent us. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend her and the office staff to anyone
