Kopec, White & Spooner

Just called this office and the receptionist answered. I explained what I needed help with and she said “well no one is here right now that can help you so I guess just go somewhere else” didn’t take my name or number. Guess I dodged a bullet with this firm.

David White will give any client a lesson on the law. He doesn't expect to just run with an issue he wants a client to be informed by his knowledge on the matter. I felt less dumb about my inquiry. He has also helped my family on a number of other matters. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable and confident would best describe Mr White.

Just got off the phone with Mr. Spooner after trying to explain my situation to him he cut me off and told me to find another attorney. During the conversation he claimed that he couldn't hear me and told me he was old. He gaslighted me and approached the situation very unprofessionally.

Just attempted to talk to Mr. Kopec concerning if he would be interested in a case. He was rude, abrupt, short and pre-occupied. I offered to call him back, he said it was ok, asked him if he had a couple minutes, he did not. I would not recommend just based upon our first call. Find someone else if it involves family law.

Retainer low, very informative and knowledgeable, only law office I’ve heard of that returns what part of retainer not used. Spoke w Spooner and was a truly kind, intelligent man. Took time even though I couldn’t use him.
