Lawyers can get a bad rap, but knowing lawyers personally, they are just like any other kind human. Unfortunately, we were placed with a lawyer from the opposite end of the spectrum when our insurance company hired James Crocker from this company to drill us to make sure we did not set our own home on fire while we were 7 months pregnant and after the police already had cleared us. I have never met someone so arrogant and honestly just so empty of compassion and empathy. I spoke with him before we met in person and he simply told me, “this is just protocol to go over what happened and will be about an hr”. It was far more than an hour and he conveniently left out that he was going to drag us further in the ground than what we already felt like. I truly hope no innocent person ever has to go through what James brought us through.
