They were great lawyers that helped me get my social security when I had been turned down many times before. They are wonderful.

Gregory and Kathrine represented me on my social security case and I won, and they were polite and professional the whole time. Just wanted to say thank you especially to Katherine Braun as she was present during my trial and represented me well.

Initial meeting went great. Every telephone call, question, and follow up was treated as though I was a burden to them. "You have to be patient" was Atty Braun and Candice's favorite response, regardless of my question or statement. Even when I said to the attorney that I was paying them to be my counsel and expert and felt like a burden when I called for clarification on something. I needed an attorney versed in SSDI. I needed someone who would talk me through the process and help me understand. They do NOT have time to assist you. Do NOT have time to answer questions or help with understanding the process if you are unfamiliar with it. The final straw of making the decision to fire them was when their assistant's statement that she "had other duties to attend to" and disconnected the call. I had asked for a response in writing for clarification on multiple occasions and they will not respond that way. They only communicate via telephone. I do not recommend this law firm, if you are looking for someone to guide you and assist you through the SSDI process.
