This firm was very responsive and helpful in answering my custody related questions. I paid to retain him, but ended up not going to court and the office graciously refunded me, minus costs for the consultations I had. Mr. Andrew Korduba, serving as legal counsel for my son’s former girlfriend in a child custody matter, employed coercive and improper tactics reminiscent of "Mafia" behavior to intimidate, our attorney into withdrawing from the case. On two separate occasions, when proceedings were not favorable to his client, Mr. Korduba called on our attorney on his cell phone, evenings after and made unfounded accusations of unethical conduct and improper legal practices- projecting his own questionable behavior into our professional attorney who is widely regarded as honest, ethical, and highly respected in the legal community. Ultimately, his client provided false testimony under oath, aligning her conduct with his approach. Mr. Korduba was present at our family child custody initial hearing, may 20th. representing my grandchildren. The hearing was scheduled to last one hour; however, after only fifteen minutes, Mr. Korduba informed the magistrate that he had another hearing scheduled for a different client and then left. As a result, we were required to wait and continue paying our own counsel for that time. Such disrespectful conduct to all parties involved! This review is based solely on my personal observation of Mr. Korduba’s behavior in court. I am not a client of his.

Mr. Korduba and his team were absolutely wonderful. It took me around a year and a half to finalize my divorce because the lawyer my ex chose was completely incompetent but through it all Mr. Korduba and his team kept it moving as best they could while being as efficient as possible. From the communication to the efficiency to just general attitude and professional demeanor I would give Mr. Korduba and his team an A++. Everything they did they did quickly, professionally, and with fully transparent communication. There is truly nothing I can say bad about this firm.
