Was involved in a major car accident after some kid pulled out in front of me. I called this office after having so many issues and the took the case. The attorney, Santana resolved so many questions I had. They have wonderful people who work there and are easy to talk to. After having numerous surgeries this law office has helped guide me through it all. We had a mess due to the nature of the accident. With so many different cars involved and the at fault, if I didn't have Kortum Law Office nothing would have got done. I would recommend Santana and her office for anything. She always answers her phone and I never get an answer from the office. I have never felt like I didn't know what to expect. I love this office and I am thankful she is my attorney. I was involved in a terrible car accident and called Santana at Kortum Law Office. We were involved with numerous cars due to the nature of the accident and was totally freaked out. I called while on the crash scene and she took my call and walked me through everything that I needed to do. My passenger was terribly injured and she helped me stay calm and get all the help we needed. I am located out of state so the logistics of getting medical care would have been a nightmare if I didn't have her to help me through all the things. I didn't hardly have to do a thing, except take care of my injures and see my medical providers. The office has done everything from another state. We love this place. Time went by nothing did not keep me updated about anything I would call they would tell me she was busy try next week OMG than one day I demand to see her and they tell me so at that point said they couldn't help me any more.
