We had to re-file chapter 13 due to a family loss and loss of income. Kostopoulos was so helpful and informative. They answered all my questions and kept me updated the whole way. My first attorney was not helpful at all. I highly recommend them. I also loved being able to email back and forth. My first time I had to go to the lawyers office several times. That can get hard with work sometimes. All the ladies I worked with were very friendly too.

They have been handling my mother in laws case for the last few months. She’s filed with them, filled out the paperwork, paid a deposit. The reviews that are positive have got to be lies. Garnishments are still happening, her taxes have now been taken, they lack ALL communication and good luck talking to someone at the office that speaks English clear enough to understand it. We’ve tried picking up paperwork and they tell us they need it but wont say for what. We call to gain clarity and get nothing but the Same thing from all the attorneys.(that the garnishments will stop) they haven’t. They act like they have no idea what’s going on and are talking off a script, They do not explain the process at all, they have made the entire situation way more stressful then it needs to be. The lack of professionalism is astounding from a LAWFIRM. Stay VERY clear from this firm. Take your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache !

I have called 6 times and have sent 3 emails with no call back and no reply. They continue to attempt to take money from my account though. I received a call from someone in your office offering me a refund only if I removed the reviews. I still have not received anything. I have screenshots of each time I called as well as emails and dates. I can post them if you would like.

Please avoid! Zero accountability and refusal to follow up. Customer service is negative zero. Make the best choice before giving them your money.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone you cant get through to anyone I call/email and nobody responds the only way you can get there attention if you stop payment then someone will call you right back they put my account in negative and never rein burst me my money they’ll tell you 1 price and next thing ur paying double and they are still trying to take money out off my account and I’m done paying them
