I hired this firm to handle a personal injury claim for myself. I was able to get an appointment the same day and when I met with Attorney Brian Kraig, he never rushed me . He took the time to make sure everything was documented for my case. and that I was aware of how personal injury cases work. Furthermore, not only did Brian Kraig treat me with respect, his entire staff is the same way. They made sure that if I had any questions or concerns that it was addressed. Lastly, each month the staff would call me to see how my treatment was going and to see how I was doing.. I asked around to other people and no one could say that their lawyer's office called them to check in. Kraig and Kraig treat you like family and not just a client. I would highly recommend this firm to people who are involved in any kind of personal injury accident. You won't be disappointed!!!!

Brian has always had the customer's best interest in mind and always goes the extra mile to get the client what they deserve. I saw Mrs. Pheon Elmore's review and I could not disagree more. Mr. Kraig always recommends that his clients pay their medical bills first before collecting any personal remedy, and I highly doubt that he would have left her with unpaid medical pills. I predict she took the money that Brian was able to get for her, kept it, didn't pay her bills, and now is regretting that decision. Anyways.... Kraig& Kraig is the best personal injury firm in Cleveland and I highly recommend this practice.

I feel as if I was cheated out of my money they didn't pay my bills an what did I higher them for to give me some chump change I'm in debt an bills still coming I ask for paper work they don't give can't trust them cause they will get u for your money... can't be trusted I put my foot in my mouth an now it can't be fixed but they did nothing that I couldn't have done alone don't trust them ...
