Love them they are great very understanding

Please don't go to this place. My wife was in a car accident, and it took them almost a year to offer her $3,000. My wife said the compensation wasn't fair, and then they told her the case was closed and that if she wanted $1,000, they would send it to her. They never sent ANYTHING. It's sad that they make money this way.

The slower possible.. Damm it I didn't think I had to write a review like this but wow all the reviews I read are right on every little word.. no communication at all.

If I could give them a zero I would. They spent 6 months wasting my time. I was in an accident in September, they supposedly gathered everything & then told me they may not be able to represent me due to a conflict of interest as they are also representing the passenger in my vehicle. It took two months for them to tell me they weren't going to represent me, & I only found out because I was calling them multiple times a week. Johana is very rude, condescending, & unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone.

This is probably the worst personal injury lawyer I have ever worked with. I don’t know who is running things here but don’t go here. Not only were they horrible at communicating but because of them I was almost sent to court for collections because of their negligence. I had to do their job and solve their mistakes! Definitely go somewhere and save yourself the headache .

I was in an accident a year or 2 years ago with my sister and we finally got our Settlement money. The thing is that I have gotten 8,222.07 for my settlement statement and I only received 2,000 mind you I was pregnant during this accident. My question is why I didn’t get more especially since I had to pay out of pocket at the hospital. Honestly I should have gotten all 8,000 instead of just 2,000. And another thing that they don’t let you know where’s their new location. This law firm is really not that great.

Very unprofessional they did not communicate. Had to wait 3 years for a 800 settlement. They don't even have their own office anymore. Never saw an attorney from Krass but had to deal with an assistant a and the first consult was at a coffee shop. Would never recommend this so called firm. Not a fighter. Go elsewhere. Rude! Go elsewhere.

I was hit by a drunk driver who also committed a hit and run last August late night on my way home from work. I was able to get most of her info and had no apparent injuries. However, the next morning I felt sharp pain up and down my back and knew immediately I had to contact a lawyer. Krass Law Firm was highly recommended by a few of my friends and when I reached out they did not disappoint. They made me feel comfortable through the whole process by connecting me to the physical therapy facilities, helped me process my insurance claim, checking in on me, and updating me of my case. I'm still currently waiting on my personal injury case but I trust them fully to have it in the bag and convict the irresponsible and horrible human that did this to me. I highly recommend everyone to choose them!

The took a while to finalize my case 4 1/2 yrs and took more money. I was just glad I was getting something. Would I recommend. HELL NO

Worst attorney team ever!!!! They don’t keep you updated of anything, they expect you to know what to do! they are rude and scream at you over the phone.. they want to make you lied that you have injuries when it’s not true and because of that they hold the case and check for as long as they want!!! This happened on March and till this day I’m still waiting.. and the insurance (infinity) is no help either!!! I have text proof of how professional they are. No need to go back and forth of anything and no need for me to lie either.

Would give them no stars if I could did nothing to help my grandparent's after their car accident kept majority of the money very rude paralegals when stating displeasure of settlement they said so you don't want the check Also threatened to counter sue us if they didn't sign papers accepting the settlement

Worst decision of my life hiring theses people. They never call you back, they don’t keep you informed about what’s going on and they don’t explain things to you correctly. Plus they steal 90% of your settlement. The receptionist are all rude. Don’t recommend anyone going here. Stay away.
