I had a very strange situation with my divorce and had only days to find an attorney to represent me in MN. Mr Kraus not only took my case and represented me in short notice but was amazing to talk to and on top of every part of case. Truly such an amazing experience considering it was not a great thing happening. He is professional , knows the law and aggressive if he needs to be. Michael is the paralegal and was on top of everything and very knowledgeable . I can’t even describe how fortunate I am and grateful to have worked with this law firm . 10/10 recommend

I had Mr. Krause look over my joint petition that another lawyer had prepared, because I didn't feel everything had been covered. He was thorough, fast, and explained anything I did not understand. He knows what he is doing in the area of divorce. He also prepared a quick claim deed for me in one week. I thought the deed would not be done for a while, as he was squeezing me in so that my joint petition would not be delayed, and I did not need the deed for a few weeks. Thank you, Krause Law Office, you were great to work with. If ever I need assistance in the future, I will be back!

Had a fake phone call from someone in the cities claiming to be this law firm. I walked up there and have a few times now and nobodies at that office at all... I've called and a wired 952. And 612 number called me there 507 area code from the office plus I tried to Google the number like a yellow page phone book and those scam numbers didn't not come back to this actual law firm. nope that's bad!!

Mr. Kraus is amazing. He really puts himself in your corner. Custody cases are really overwhelming and scary but he made sure it was simple and as easy as possible. I recommend him to anyone

He is way over price for his services. He will charge you an arm and a leg and not even do his job. I payed him for his services and when we parted ways, I found out that he missed case laws, and presidencies that could have been applied to my case. This had a hug negative impact on my outcome and life. He is very arrogant, but yet can not even do his job properly. I would never in my life recommend Tom Kraus as a competent lawyer to anyone.

Good morning. Tom Kraus is such a fraud, he got paid $5,000 to work on a case that has been in motion for four months going on five. Not only has nothing been done he never has been to visit, nor does he answer his phone or return voicemails to his client. His job was to help his client.. NOPE does not seem likely... he’s trying to get his client to take the charge and just that. There no fight or anything. Such a waste of money and time. I really had hope in this man!

I hired him for my divorce and he was very wonderful and knowledgeable to work with and helped me get everything I wanted out of the divorce! Only responded to the opposing counsel when needed and didn’t nickel and dime me! He’s a very busy attorney! Shayne is also wonderful and very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with!!

Let me say that this is the best trial lawyer for criminal defense in the entire state. Your always told by people that you have to go to Minneapolis or St Paul to find big time lawyers. But that is an assumption that they overlooked a man hiding in Waseca on the hill. He works like did when he starting his practice and in drooping by I've seen him prepping for a case by pacing back and forth to memorize every detail in his mind. Plus he as good at fast thinking and negotiating with hostile people as they come. When you need help and are in trouble call Tom or your going in alone and will still be paying for it in the end.
