KRAUSE AND KINSMAN HAVE GUIDED ME TO THE STRAIGHT AND NARROW PATH. PROVIDING ME WITH ALL THE NECESSARY FACTS OF MY CASE WITH THE BOY SCOUT LAWSUIT. AND HAVE COMFORTED ME DURING MY TRAUMATIZION.

These people keep calling me two times everyday I have them blocked so they leave voice-mails. I have told them many times to stop calling me. Yet they will not stop. I have even contacted the manager Robert Jones. Still they keep calling me. Terrible company with no respect for anyone.

I am a part of this bsa lawsuit and I Received my first initial payment and after they took out their fees, I got Less than what was initially told to me that I was getting this has been going on for a while since 2020 and trying to get updates from them is next near impossible I am a client who feels like they got there money and don’t care to give me any status updates I have to contact them just to get an update and always get the run around I understand I’m not the only one getting a settlement but times are tough right now and I feel like no justice has been served at all this is crazy that we have to wait this long for something that is owed to us

My dad went through this “law firm” for his Camp LeJeune Water Lawsuit and is getting the run around and probably won’t ever see the money. Honestly this is sad considering he served his country and has become sick and some random people who are supposed to be helping him will get his money. You all need to be turned in and blasted all over. I’m considering going to the news with this. People need to be warned not to use you all. Or be used.

Im not a client, but i know someone who is and they had her sign documents for a hernia mesh lawsuit and haven't been in touch since.

Nobody answers the phone and they never call you back. Terrible service.

I have been represented by Krause & Kinsman for approximately 3 years. I find it almost impossible to get my assigned attorney (Joanna) to return a call. On their web site they list under professionalism they list communication with their clients as an area they take pride in, (I DON'T SEE IT) Claimant # 977199 feel free to call me if what I have experienced is not the norm .
