I don't usually write these kinds of reviews, but I feel a responsibility to warn others. Someone very close to me paid $4,000 for an immigration process that ended up being handled incorrectly and negligently. Communication was practically nonexistent. Trying to speak directly with the lawyer was impossible. He never showed his face or responded personally. Everything was handled through the secretary, who answered rudely and with a bad attitude, as if one were asking for a favor and not demanding a service for which a considerable sum had been paid. They responded whenever they felt like it, without empathy or professionalism. When we finally gained access to the case on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) account—which was a real headache because the secretary said she didn't know the password to the "myUSCIS" account—we realized that the process had been botched. There were obvious errors that demonstrated a lack of care and knowledge in such a delicate matter. The result was lost money, wasted time, and an experience filled with frustration, disappointment, and shame. When it comes to immigration matters in the United States, you don't just invest money; you invest dreams, stability, and your family's future. I do not recommend this lawyer for any immigration process. The lack of responsibility, communication, and professionalism is alarming. I hope no one else has to go through such an experience.

Mr. Krenis handled my case well in 2020 Mr. Krenis he submitted my case in July and I was approved in April 2021 and that was during the delay of COVID. Today I’m now a US citizen thanks to Mr. Krenis and his team. Very professional and communication is excellent. Highly recommended for your immigration needs.

RUN RUN RUN. $6,000 and not even a court date. These people are out for your money only. They only recommend continuing back and forth which equals more money in their pocket. BEWARE. Do not believe their paid-for reviews. Leslie is so unprofessional, rude, and should retire ASAP.

Apparently, everyone at Krenis Law thinks rudeness is the same as “telling the truth.” That’s not honesty it’s just arrogance dressed up as integrity. You can speak to people like a normal human being without acting like the room should revolve around you. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t. And about your little comment implying something must be “going on” in my life because I was awake early, no, it’s just called being a responsible adult. Not everyone spends their mornings coasting on ego and coffee brewed from privilege. Some of us actually work for a living. But hey, it’s easier to look down on people when you're standing on a pedestal made of self-importance. and maybe three layers too much of whatever shade of orange your skin is supposed to be.

Sold our home and the buyer was doing sketchy stuff with our house/contract so we went in to get advice to see what we could do about being screwed over. Called beforehand asking if he knows about real-estate, they said yes. Went in and then met him and told him briefly about our case before we sat down abd he confirmed again he could help. Paid the $100 consultation fee and within 5 minutes of talking to him he pointed out that there was a basically a loophole where we couldn't do anything. Fine we will deal with it. BUT instead of cutting it off right there he kept talking for 30 min saying how its our fault, its petty to be asking about it, and basically not being able to answer 75% of our questions. All so he could keep the consultation fee instead of doing the right thing and not wasting our time/money. Overall HORRIBLE person, even though he said he knows stuff he was not knowledgeable at all, extremely rude for no reason, its very obvious he is the kind of person who doesn't care about helping, he just wants money and doesn't care how he gets it. STAY AWAY. P.S. since he wants to call us petty, his spray tan sucks.

Had an appointment at 1pm. At 11am, office called and asked to push it to 1:30pm. We agreed, arrived a few minutes early. Were taken to break room to wait for attorney’s assistant. She came and directed us to a conference room, handed us an info sheet to fill out and asked for consulting fee upfront. Paid her in cash. She left, and we waited for another 25 minutes….no word or explanation. Went to check on what was taking so long and she was on the phone and said she’d be right there. 5 more minutes and nothing. So we left and requested check to be mailed.

He got me the best possible outcome in my situation with little time to go with. I would use this firm again if I had to. Thanks

HONEST, gives you good advice

Called inquiring about a case . After explaining few details pertaining a criminal case the assistant bluntly hangs up in my face instead of remaining professional in the situation . Distasteful .
