We used Kristina to create a POA for medical and one for financial issues for a developmentally disabled sister. All ten siblings agreed on things but Kristina asked to talk to our sister by herself, then proceeded to write it up as SHE thought it should be done, instead of listening to our wishes. Also she did not even tell us she disagreed with our ideas. She wrote the document, we picked it up, and did not realize until too late that it was not what we had discussed. That part is on us. However I don't think it is right for an attorney to speak to a person who is developmentally disabled without a family member present and then ask them questions in such a way as to get a result they desire, especially when it is something different from what was discussed and what was the family's wishes.

Kristina was able to make a new will and process the transfer of the home to my mom after my fathers death. She also helped us with the VAPO that had to be placed on family members for my mother's safety. I highly recommend Kristina and her office for any family legal needs that I may have.
