Like salespeople and government employees, attorneys have a bad rap in general. Of course, there are good people in any profession and Kris is an outstanding attorney. Kris has helped me overcome several significant legal challenges, all with flying colors. Through my experience in working with Kris I've come to the conclusion that his ultimate goal is helping his clients to the best of his ability and not bilking them for as much money as possible. Sadly, that's rare today. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kris to any friend or family member that needed legal counsel.

Having him as a criminal attorney is a nightmare. He is horrible. Refuses to meet in person, doesn’t submit evidence for trial, doesn’t follow Marcy’s law when it comes to calling domestic violence witnesses to speak (I was the alleged victim and he wouldn’t let me speak at the hearing). He never submitted letters or videos to the judge and as a result we had a family member die because of his incompetence. He delays in responses sometimes weeks at a time, when you tell him not to postpone or delay your case he will delay it for as long as possible. 6 months into my husbands case and he didn’t watch the full body cam, he was confused at court and surprised at modification hearings. He then asked to delay the trial and to recuse himself from the case at the same time. Case is now going on 8 months and he is no longer the attorney. If you’re a criminal defendant and have him you need to ask the court to appoint you someone else immediately! He doesn’t care and is only there to get a paycheck, over worked, over loaded, lazy, works with the courts more than you…

Attorney Immels knowledge of the legal matters at hand exemplified a 5 star defence. The guidance and navigation of the proceedings went exactly as expected. All potential outcomes were laid out clear and concise and it while the courts were not the swiftest this attorney ensured justice and served. thank you for all the hard work.
