These people held my case, collected all medical records and even put a lien on the over 250 properties of the person responsible for me and my kids injuries. The guy passed away and his wife must of paid off this law firm. Because she couldn’t sell any of the houses she now owns because of the lean. My son who is 3 is still riddled with health problems from lung, heart, brain damage hearing loss problems and vision problems. Yet we received no compensation at all. After two years of collecting records on my lawsuit. This office suddenly stopped communication with me, avoided all my calls and returned none of my messages. Then I finally am able to get thru and they tell me the paralegal handling my case no longer works there. Neither does any of the employees I ever communicated with. And the new lawyers, paralegals or who ever are deciding not to pursue my case. Meanwhile you are never able to speak to Mr. Pedro at all. These people I consider to be liars and scam artist. Be very cautious and beware. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their services.By the way all the evidence and records they had, I requested to be sent to me so that I can move forward with a new attorney. They would not even give me my pictures, medical records statements nothing. My son and daughters continue to suffer with NO compensation at all. Do not use them you will fully regret it. LIAR and THIEF don’t trust the good comments on here.

As a medical professional working with many law firms. Krompecher is the ONLY ONE I will refuse to work with EVER again. They do not take your bills into consideration. They just send whatever amount they feel like. As low as 90% of my bill has been cut. NEVER AGAIN. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy

Horrible service I will never use this law firm again............They messed up my settlement after going back and forth with them for several months my settlement was still incorrect. Not to mention I had to tell them how to do their job and resubmit my claim. They do not answer voicemails and will call you when its convenient for them. They resubmitted my claim in December of 2015. I call back today which is Feb 4th 2016 and they said "oh your check is here can you come pick it up next week" . Meaning they never contacted me back I had to call them.....NEVER AGAIN SO DISAPPOINTED.
