Greg Klein was excellent to speak with today about a matter. He cut right to the chase and he was honest and gave me THE information I needed to move forward. I appreciate that he knew the exact method and didn’t waste my resources or my time with a method that may not work as well. He is a professional and an expert. I am not a client but as part of my journey looking for representation, I received excellent service from I believe Kayleigh was her name, as well as Mr Klein in regarding professionalism, responsiveness, friendliness, and helpfulness. I had to get priorities in order and unfortunately put my concerns on hold temporarily so I never actually scheduled the consult however, based on these early experiences I had during this process, I feel they were the most helpful and friendly during a difficult time, and plan to reach back out to them when timing is better. Kr S law firm did a great job with me. I love the fact that although it took a long time. I expected it to take some time, but I was always kept in the loop as to how the case was progressing. Inquired about a consultation regarding an employment matter. Spoke with paralegal, Kayleigh on the phone and initially advised the circumstances are a bit convoluted. As I spoke to her, she seemed to be getting bored and cut the conversation short saying "It looks like I have enough details to give to Mr. Klien....". I received an email a short time later indicating it isn't a case they can accept. I understand that's their prerogative however, I wasn't given the opportunity to provide a portion of the circumstances before being cut-off. I called another firm knowing, KRS either had no interest or isn't capable of including all details and basing a decision on bits and pieces of a situation. If this is how they handle cases......I'll pass. Cant help but wonder how much they'll miss in an actual case. The other firm I reached out to had an actual discussion with me, asked questions and had all of the details when they accepted my case. Given the fact I acquired irreversible medical complications involving my having approx. 6 years before organ failure, my case has merit. Having handled claims for 25 years, I'm familiar with how various firms operate. I had a feeling KRS was of a certain caliber but, thought, I might as well check and not jump to conclusions. Always trust your gut, right? Thankfully, I didn't sign with someone that would skip over half the details of my case and take the first offer thrown at them....
