Horrible experience with this law firm. I started off with a a different law firm that went through KTC Law Firm for assistance and the communication was horrible from the start. They never reached out to me, I constantly had to be the one calling for updates and to see what they need or waiting on.I signed my settlement documents and the attorney told me that I would get my check within a week. Im going into 2 weeks i called to speak with the lady that cuts the checks to see whats taking so long receptionist wont transfer me to her and they keep saying they will cut my check sometime in the week. Very unprofessional. If you have the chance to hire a different law firm please do.
