My friend hired Richard Kuck in a child custody case. It appears that he has accepted her money and now has ghosted her during a very time-sensitive appeal window. I will update this review if and when he does the right thing.

update: Still give this man and the woman in his office five stars! my husbands case is near its end and we are both happy we chose Richard. He explains things in a manner that we can understand, puts forth all his efforts and goes above and beyond. the woman in his office are always friendly and never do you have to wait long for a response from an email, question or anything. He takes all avenues to make sure there is fair just and he knows his way around the system and does his best! my husband is stubborn and if it wasn't for Richard I think our outcome will be not so great! Thank you for your time efforts and understanding and willingness to believe in him My husbands case has only been open since October and we just hired Richard and his staff a few weeks ago. Extremely knowledgeable, quick response time, very fair pricing, and just an all around good guy.
