I unfortunately had my home damaged substantially by hurricane Ian 14 months ago. I filed a claim with my insurance company American Integrity 2 days after the storm. I never heard from anyone. So I called again. They said I didn’t file a claim even thou I had a claim number in my possession. 9 adjusters and 5 submitted pdf’s later I was insulted by their offer.They never initiated a call to me.
