I appreciate your review Mr. West. <br>I can fully understand the frustration that any litigant feels when their case appears to be dragging on longer than it seems it should, or when the results are not what were expected, and rarely is any litigant not affected personally by their involvement in a court proceeding. Emotions often run high and we certainly understand that. We truly care for our clients and remain committed to doing everything that we can to help resolve their cases to their benefit. Unfortunately, some cases resolve in a way that was unexpected, or end up being drawn out by forces outside of even our control. We understand that those situations can make things very difficult for our clients, who are already going through a lot simply by their involvement in litigation, and a certain level of frustration is expected. It is our hope that through communication and our efforts on their behalf we can help guide our clients through those times and ease the strain this causes them.
