Kunkle and Sennett

I wish I could give a positive review, but unfortunately there have been many problems with both my and my twin's worker's compensation settlement with Tom. We go months and months without responses to our phone calls and emails. When I have gotten a response he doesn't seem to know key information about my case. I've also had to do a lot of the work on getting medical bills from my injury figured out and resolved myself. My injury was November 2018 and the other side was willing to settle for both my and my twin's cases immediately after hiring Tom around February of 2019. We still don't know what's going on and have yet to move forward with finalizing the settlement and it's been almost 2 years!
